Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Brixi Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
No Brand Keyword Bidding
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running paid ads on Brixi brand keywords, misspellings, or variations.
Correct Brand Representation
Affiliates must use approved Brixi messaging and assets. Misleading or incorrect claims are not allowed.
Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and Brixi's marketing guidelines.
Fair Use
No spamming, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized promotions are permitted. Violations will result in termination from the program.
Commission Eligibility
Approved affiliates earn 20% commission on eligible subscription revenue successfully collected by Brixi from a qualified referred customer during months 1–12 after that customer becomes a paying customer. The commission rate increases to 25% for months 13–18. No commission is payable on free trials, failed or unpaid charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled subscriptions. Commission stops when the customer stops paying.
Payouts
Commission payouts are subject to verification and are made only by bank transfer through Brixi's payment partner. If revenue is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed after commission has been credited, the corresponding commission may be deducted from a future payout. The minimum payout threshold is $50. Payouts are processed monthly for verified commission earned in the previous month. Brixi reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions from fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
Termination
Brixi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion if terms are violated.
